Kate Boyle is a sophomore. She was in photojournalism last year, so this is her first year as part of The Shield staff. She signed up for MacJ because she loves to write and wanted to learn how to take good pictures. Kate is also on the McCallum swim team. When she’s not swimming or writing, she can be found riding her bike, hanging out with friends, or cooking in the kitchen. Kate’s looking forward to writing interesting articles for this year’s paper.
