Chloe Lewcock, co-editor-in chief

This is senior Chloe Lewcock’s third and final year on staff. This year she serves as co-editor-in-chief of the newspaper. This past summer Lewcock spent a month at the Medill Northwestern Journalism Institute where she learned about writing, interviewing, photography, and journalistic ethics. As she enters her final year on staff, Lewcock is most excited to expand on her knowledge of the photography world and continue writing for different sections of the paper. In her free time, she loves spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and exploring new places.

On the first day of sales this past the seniors sold out of tickets, with each and every one of the 100 available for each grade getting snatched up. Juniors matched the excitement just two days later with less than 20 remaining after the lunch sales. For McCallum senior student body president Olivia Hexsel, seeing the senior tickets sell out so fast felt rewarding. "It was fulfilling and worth the hard work and late nights,"
Hexsel said. "I'm so excited people are getting the chance to go to a homecoming that my council and I put so much effort into."

Now senior Charlie Partheymuller works on an assignment on the first day of FIT last school year. Last year, the tutoring time had a delayed start due to COVID case numbers. This school year, administration once again encountered a delay, but this time it was due to a lack of funding and the shutdown of the original FIT management Portal.
