This is senior Julia Kay Smith’s first year on staff. Since joining staff, Julia Kay has learned a lot about writing journalism stories and working with a team. She takes an interest in opinion pieces and feature writing. Julia Kay is the co-host of Mac Shield Online’s podcast “The S-Word” and has loved learning the ins and outs of audio engineering. She hopes to continue her journey in journalism into college.
