Jena Weber, co-adviser
This is Jena Weber’s first year at McCallum co-advising the newspaper and yearbook with Dave Winter. She has been teaching journalism for 18 years and got her start all those years ago right here in room 134 under the guidance of the legendary Rhonda Moore. She was on both yearbook and newspaper staff in high school and received a Bachelor of Journalism from UT Austin. She loves all things photography and design and is a self-described news junkie. She has a beloved animal family consisting of two spoiled Boston Terriers, Truman and Carter, and Edie the cat who is truly the boss of the house. When not teaching, she enjoys going on epic road trips, reading and enjoying the quiet.
