At the VEX Robotics World Championship in Dallas on May 6, senior Miles Bourgeois inspects the teams robot, Mecha Kanzi 2000. Bourgeious and his teammates, seniors Ava Carlson and Carson Pallotta and junior Evan Henderson, became the first Mac robotics team in more than a decade to qualify for Worlds. Bourgeois attributed their success to their ability to work together. We were all kind of on the same wavelength, and we trusted each other. That’s the biggest thing.”
