The Midnight Library by Matt Haig

“You’re overthinking it.’ ‘I have anxiety. I have no other type of thinking available.”

Nora Seed was 35 when she tried to kill herself. She discovers that between life and death, there is a library. Every book contains a choice she made, and she is able to see what her life would be like if she hadn’t made that choice. When the clock strikes midnight, the library will disappear and Nora will be dead. Okay, this book is definitely message-heavy, but it’s really well written. The premise is really cool, and it’s well-executed, so it’s definitely worth a read.
