Going to the gym five days a week can get extremely repetitive. Run on the treadmill, row on the rowing machine, lift weights. While some people might enjoy these exercises, they can get old after doing them, even for just one week. The Shield set out on a quest to find more fun workout classes that are affordable, fun and difficult. Included are intensity levels, prices, and the ideal post-workout recovery meals.
